AGPJ CME Partnership Agreement AGPJ CME Partnership Agreement AGPJ CME Partnership Agreement This Agreement is made and entered into as of the date of signing between: Association of General Practitioners of Jamaica (AGPJ), hereinafter referred to as “AGPJ,” and , hereinafter referred to as “Partner.” 1. Purpose of Agreement This agreement establishes a collaboration between AGPJ and the Partner to facilitate CME activities through jointly hosted webinars. 2. Roles & Responsibilities AGPJ agrees to host the Partner’s webinar as part of its CME program and will provide the necessary platform, marketing, and administrative support. The Partner agrees to provide speakers, presentation content, and ensure alignment with the CME event’s theme. The Partner will have a dedicated session within the AGPJ webinar with a presentation duration equivalent to a standalone meeting. The Partner agrees to invite specific physicians to the event. The Partner agrees to provide the names and email addresses of specific physicians invited by them to the event to facilitate complimentary CME Certificate distribution. 3. Financial Agreement The Partner shall pay $100,000 JMD per speaker. Attendees will be charged $1,000 – $2,000 JMD for CME certificates, except for speakers and faculty. For hybrid events, costs related to venue, AV, and multimedia equipment will be discussed with the Partner. 4. Marketing & Promotion AGPJ will promote the event via its website and other platforms. Promotional materials must include both AGPJ and the Partner’s logos. The Partner may also invite specific physicians to the event. The Partner shall provide the names and email addresses of specific physicians invited by them to the event. 5. Access to Attendee Data AGPJ agrees to share a full list of attendees with the Partner after the event. 6. Cancellation & Refund Policy If the Partner cancels participation within 14 days of the event, a 50% refund of the participation fee will be provided. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund. 7. Agreement Termination AGPJ reserves the right to terminate this agreement if the Partner fails to adhere to the terms outlined. 8. Acceptance & Signature By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
